I will always hold fond memories of broking to Nick over the years, and I had the pleasure of enjoying some great client trips with him. He was always happy to help and go that extra mile for your clients. His warmth, kindness, and cheery disposition always shone through, no matter whether at the box or working through a tricky claims scenario.  He will be greatly missed by me and all in the market.
