You don’t come across many people in life with Nick’s personality, humour and intellect. He was brilliant a chair for the LMA non-marine committee for many years and his sardonic wit and no fuss style made some dull topics much more interesting. More than that he was simply a great person. Funny, engaging and a real market character, the likes of which the market no longer produces. 

I hope that wherever he is that he has found the peace he so richly deserves.
