Dear Jo, Lucy and Jake,

Sending my heartfelt condolences to you all, and to your family and loved ones, during this incredibly difficult time.

I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Lee’s sudden and tragic passing. It was a genuine privilege to have known and worked alongside such a truly wonderful person.

I will always remember how approachable, kind and supportive Lee was. No matter what the issue, he was always willing to help, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. He was a trusted teammate, generous with his incredible knowledge, and someone who genuinely cared about making things better and doing things the right way.

Above all, I will remember Lee’s warmth, kindness and wonderful sense of humour. He brought such a positive energy to the office, and his presence made a real difference to those around him.

It is difficult to put into words how much he will be missed. My thoughts are with you all, and I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope that, in time, the many happy memories you have of Lee will bring you some comfort.
