Dear Phil. I wish I could write something more eloquent that matched the impact that you had on so many of us at SBD. Your passing has been a difficult one to process and its taken me some time to try and form the right words and yet I still cannot find them. It was such an honour to have the opportunity to work with you and I will look back with joy that our paths crossed. Your passing had a profound impact on me and reminded me the importance of community and that behind every zoom call is a person which we all too often forget. Thank you for being such an incredible kind human, you never treated me like a stranger and I will always remember how your eyes would light up at the opportunity of a good chat. Thank you for the memories Phil. Your family and friends are in my thoughts. Rest in Peace
