Since hearing the news, it still hasn’t quite felt real that you’re no longer here with us Phil.  It breaks my heart to think what your family must be going through; I wish you could see how loved and missed you are by so many.  To mirror what everyone else has said, you were an absolute gem and pleasure to be around.  I’ve only known you for the past two and a half years, but every encounter involved laughter and usually a lot of dog talk, as if we were discussing our kids!  I can picture you now on the karaoke at conference or getting stuck in with props at the photo booth!  You were always so cheery and easy-going, which makes this sad, sad loss for everyone who has had the pleasure of knowing you even more bitterly heartbreaking.  You will be very missed and so fondly remembered by all.  RIP Phil x
