I have had the pleasure of working with Steve in person since Dec last year in CIU at Ripley.  Prior to this I have spoken to him on the phone many a time when trying to “sell” a prisoner to his team. He was always a pleasure to speak to and be around and made a difficult job better for everyone, with his experience and knowledge, which is irreplaceable.  His approachable friendly laid-back character (and daily banter) will be greatly missed and I feel privileged to have known him.  My heart goes out to his family at this difficult time, RIP Steve. XX
