I am so sorry to hear that Mr Fell has passed away. I only met him a handful of times but he was so kind and caring to the children and this shone through. He clearly wanted to give his heart and soul to his work and this was apparent in my interactions with him. He will be missed by the Kent College community. My sincere condolences to his family.
