I had the pleasure to work with Jon over the past year. Not long ago, I had a new type of ask from a customer and I got the advice to connect with Jon. He walked me through the process but also reviewed documents with me before proceeding to help with genuine care for the customer’s needs. I love that he worked with me on a path forward rather than tell me the appropriate inbox to send those types of requests. He was happy to join our team discussions, after which I could see the customer felt more relaxed. His warm deneanor was infectious. I wish I had more opportunities to collaborate with Jon. He was always responsive, positive, kind, and willing to help. I miss working with him. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
