I first met Dan Pearson as a student at a AAAP conference. I had been dancing with his wife, Christina. He was lively, yet reserved, unwilling to join the dance floor like most of us. He was happily engaged in laughter with his colleagues. After I joined Aviagen North America, I was looking forward to working with him more closely. Both in person and over video meetings he exuded thoughtfulness and kindness. My sincerest condolences to his family. I wish I had more time to work with him.
