I had the privilege of working at Waltham with Richard for over 30 years. Although our roles didn’t cross that often I always found Richard so friendly and approachable and admired the kind and genorous way he had time for everyone and was always genuinely interested in whatever you had to say. I always felt he was a great example of what a senior leader should be. My thoughts and condolences go to Richards loved ones at this time.
