Richard was one of those rare individuals who leaves a lasting impact on everyone he meets. For me, he was a true shining example of the Mars culture, but more importantly, an incredible human being. His generosity with his time and knowledge was a gift, and he leaves behind a remarkable legacy. I am better for having known him, and he will be profoundly missed.
