Passing on my deepest condolences to Sarah and the family. I had the pleasure of working alongside Richard for 26 years after he recruited me into the business.

He was first on hand to console me when I received the news of my own father passing whilst I was at work. He told me that I would be looked after there and I truly was.

A happier memory was the strange choice of hotel we were put in during a work visit near Torremolinos where we had to eat our evening meal on the edge of a ballroom dancing floor filled with elderly, very keen ballroom dancers!

Rich will be missed deeply by so many, a true gentleman, expert and someone I was privileged to call a friend.
