My dear friend Jan, or Work Wife as you always called me, I’ll miss our chats and giggles. Our room is very quiet (and much tidier!) without you. You taught me so much about inclusion and I promise I will keep working my hardest for all of the children on your list and will always try to work according to your values for inclusion. It was an honour to know you, work with you and count you as a friend. I’ll always miss you. Zoe xx
