Jacky was a joy to know, both as a former colleague and a dear friend. She was always ready to listen, laugh at a joke or an impossible author demand, or offer advice. We shared good times and bad, and whatever trials she had to face, she approached them with fortitude and dignity. Let us all remember Jacky with appreciation of just how lucky we were to have had her in our lives, and with determination to never forget her.
