Dear Jason,

I was heartbroken to hear about Olivia’s passing, and I wanted to extend my deepest condolences to you and your family.

Olivia was a bright light in all our lives—her bubbly personality and infectious smile could lift any room, and I feel so fortunate to have worked alongside her. She brought such joy and warmth to the workplace. I remember all the laughs we had – often about the silliest things in the office. It’s hard to imagine things without her light, but I know her spirit will live on in all the lives she touched.

Words aren’t enough in difficult moments like this but please know that you and the kids are in my thoughts during this incredibly difficult time. If there’s anything I can do, don’t hesitate to reach out.
