Sending my deepest sympathy to D’s family and friends.

Ive known D through work for many years as he sat more or less 6 feet away from me. He was a great bloke who always said hello and had time for a chat.  

As for work he was always there to sort out any issues I had, explaining why the issue had happened and not to be concerned about contacting him if it happened again.

My thoughts are with D’s family and friends at this time.
