Zoe was an exceptional person with a passion for life that was an example to us all. Chats over a brew or a beer always revealled something else that you didn’t know about her, such as her extensive car collection or action packed escapades as an athlete. Always ready for banter that would make a squaddie squirm and make us all laugh out loud, she was as comfortable talking publicly in front of a room of professional aviators as she was one to one. A passionate aviator who displayed all the qualties, and more, of a regulator and delivered with that understanding manner that meant she was held in very high regard by all that encountered her. 

To Mike and the girls, her love of her family was plain to see. Meetings were an interesting mix of aviation safety and telling the girls what to wear, the memories make me smile. 

You fought with great courage Zoe and never complained. An inspiration who will be greatly missed.
