It was such a shock to receive the very sad news about James. He was such a warm, kind and funny person. I always came away with a lighter heart after speaking to him. His professionalism and genuine care & compassion for people meant navigating serious topics was made as easy as possible. He taught me that there is always a way to find compassion and empathy in any situation. My heart goes out to his wife and daughters, his family & friends and everyone that was lucky enough to know him.
