Our paths didnt cross very often workwise, but I enjoyed Joes banter at many a lunchtimes in the office on Tuesdays and Thurdays. He shared stories about his travels in his camper van, the World Cup trip and also the many festivals and concerts he planned. At a recent Workplace Excellence Awards night, I had the pleasure of Joe’s company over dinner when he told me about all his celebrations for his big birthday and proudly showed me photos of his recent family holiday to Cape Verde.  It was a lovely evening in great company and one I will remember fondly.
