Francis was a fabulous colleague; warm hearted, wise, compassionate and a wonderful sense of humour. As a nurse he was the consummate professional. If Francis was caring for one of my family I would absolutely know that they were in safe hands. I always valued Francis’ professional opinion and thoughtfuljudgement but most of all I will miss his kindness and his humour. His death is a huge loss
