Nick, you were one of the best. It was a privilege to work alongside you and I will always carry a small part of your approach to life and work with me. Our conversations on gardening will, in particular, be fondly remembered. When I’m back out in the allotment I’ll be thinking about the advice and opinion you gave so kindly. You were a truly gentle man in every regard. Rest easy Nick, and see you again.
