I have worked with Jacky across the years, but especially the last 6 years when I returned to Oxford from Amsterdam. Jacky was always such and kind, friendly and open colleague. My memories of her include her personal kindness which I certainly benefitted from, but also just the fact that she was just a ray of sunshine,  who got on with everyone and made friends so easily. I find it hard to imagine the 2nd floor without her, she was so full of life. My thoughts are with her family and all her friends. Its a great loss.
