The news on Jacky’s passing away came as a shock. I have been working with Jacky since she  joined  the edorial staff of DDT- Technologies of which I was and am one of the editors in chief. It was a pleasure to work with Jacky, always! Friendly and professional, accurate and fast. Meetings of the editorrial team with the presence of Jacky were very pleasant. Always time for  a good laugh, time  to talk about  other matters  than papers, authors, problems  to collect  the contibutons on time. We joined at least one ‘hobby’: gardening, flowers, nature’s beauty.That’s  how I will remember Jacky, a professional as a professonal  should be, a person as a person should be.
