I was so sorry and shocked to hear about Charlotte. During lockdown, we used to have regular catch ups – supposedly about work, but more often about animals and things that made us laugh or feel better during that strange time. Charlotte was just lovely and funny, and while we didn’t work together regularly, I often heard her name and know she was an inspirational leader who will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
