We were so shocked to hear the incredibly sad news that Paula had passed away. Paula was a beacon of calm, a gentle soul, a kind and caring person, who always had time for her colleagues. She and I went through a phase of getting the bus from Teddington to Twickenham together when I first came back from maternity leave, and Paula was so easy to talk to. I was also very grateful for her Zoom presentation on the Chinese New Year, which my Son watched as part of his home learning for school; her reach in this circumstance and probably countless others, was far greater than she knew. Paula will be greatly missed, and we send our deepest condolences to her family at this difficult time.
