I am so sad to hear the news of Lianne’s passing. Lianne was a truly reliable member of the Customer Services team and was always willing to go the extra mile to help (customers and colleagues alike). She was so very proud of everything her daughter has achieved and we would also swap stories of our four-legged friends – working from home meant that they quite often joined in the conversation too!
