I first met Malou in Cornwall on a ShelterBox training course. We were both fairly new to the organisation and it was lovely to to get to know her, despite the freezing cold weather and snow! It has been a pleasure to work with Malou over the last few years, her kindness and passion for this work has been an inspiration to me. Malou will be missed and remebered by many.
