Louise was the consumate professional, she knew hers and your jobs inside out yet still managed to make you feel as though your contribution, however small,  was always important. A brilliant leader she had broad shoulders when the going was tough and shared any plaudits amongst the whole team. In what can be a somewhat lonely existence at times in the world of Obs Louise was quite simply a breath af fresh air, she had such an amazing sense of fun, inspiring us all. Her work with BECTU and IPS leaves a legacy of working practices and conditions that benefits the industry as a whole and us all individually. Its hard to believe that I will not be seeing her bounding into the outside courts corridor at Wimbledon this year. Condolences to all the family.
