Louise was such an inspirational woman. When I first started at Pebble Mill, there were very few women in technical roles, she was someone to look up too, and gave such great support and guidance. I’ll never forget the energy and laughter she brought to Dubbing lunches when she joined us in the canteen. Always with such gusto and an amusing story to tell. 

My favourite memory is when she persuaded me to join her in the pebble mill carpark during lunch break, on roller blades, in an attempt to blow away some cobwebs and keep fit. We laughed a lot!

Such an incredible woman. She leaves a truly lasting presence.
