I was deeply saddened when I heard the news last Tuesday that Darren had passed away, I only saw him walking through Ansty to say hello to the week previously.

Darren was such a wonderful man who always had time for you and really cared about his team and how they were.  I remember the first time I met Darren at my 2nd Interview, and he could not have been any more engaging and supportive of me in that moment and continued this once I was part of his team.  Darren will be missed by everyone at Sainsburys who had the pleasure of working with him over the years and my love goes out to his family at this awful time, he will be forever in our hearts, rest in peace Darren.
