I have always enjoyed working with Adrian since he joined the catapult back in 2018.  His drive, energy and enthusiasm were always things that I greatly admired.  We worked closely a lot, particularly on the DfT programme, whether it be getting a new programme of work agreed, addressing challenges in delivery, or keeping our customers happy.  Adrian did a huge amount of work to help make CPC successful, that only became apparent to me when I was asked to step into his shoes and cover his role when he was taken ill at the start of this year.  With a new team to support and lots of plates to keep spinning, I was often asking myself ‘what would Adrian do?’.  I’m going to miss our chats on the train down to London, as well as his zeal to ‘close the deal’.  He was a genuine, really nice man.  I’m glad to say that I definitely learned a lot from Adrian and he will be greatly missed by me.
