I still cannot believe the news and finding myself writing this message still is surreal. It was only a while back we had our risk review and Charlotte as always was full of smile, engaging and as always contributing to the risk discussion. She was an exceptional SLT to work with, always there to listen and help. Her lovely smile will be missed, and I am lucky to say that I met a one of a kind human name Charlotte Pike. My deepest sympathies go out to Charlotte, her family and friends.
