Kev Reynolds

So very saddened to hear that Kev has passed. He was such an inspirational person, so passionate about his world and always so positive. It was a real privilege to walk with him on both the Jura high route and then the Alpine Pass Route, as well as to experience the Engadin and part of the Pyrenees. To see first hand the reality and hard work of crafting his guidebooks, a sometimes serendipitous experience, on the one hand being entertained and hosted by strangers, leading to life long friendships and on the other sleeping in the most dubious of camping locations so as to be close to the route for the next day. Of high morals, strong beliefs and a strong faith, he carved himself a path to fulfil his dream to be a writer, his legacy, that will exist for years to come. Thank you Kev for being a true family friend and allowing me to walk with you.
