I was saddened to hear the very sad news of Steve and I send you my deepest sympathies.  I can’t imagine what you are all going through and my heart goes out to you all.  Steve was a hugely dedicated and a highly valued member of the team and we all thoroughly enjoyed working with him, his kindness and humour will be missed by us all.
