Wayne was such an inspiring man and so very generous to all those working for him. He worked tirelessly to improve the lives of those around him and made constant changes to ensure the future of scaffolding. I will always remember my time working at Connolly Scaffolding fondly for the family atmosphere and a workforce that respected Wayne. My heartfelt condolences go to his family, friends and colleagues at this incredibly sad time.
