My deepest sympathies are with you all for the loss of Derek. No words can desecribe how any of you must be feeling at this time. 

Derek was a fantastic man and a true role model who’s values and behaviours where exemplary and many of us would hope to one day demonstrate the same. 

I was so fortunate to have Derek as a Manager a Mentor and a friend and I cannot thank him enough for his guidance and support with my career. 

Derek was truly a great leader and will be deeply missed by many of us.
