Jill touched so many lives including mine in her time at GDS in ways I doubt she ever imagined. She’ll be remembered for her generosity of spirit, lively sense of humour and her direct and open minded style amongst many other things. Jill took the time to get to know people and offered offered support and advice to those that needed it unstintingly. Personally, I loved her pragmatic and common sense approach to the ‘quirks’ of civil servant life and her observations often made me laugh as we worked through challenges and plotted a course for success. Jill has left a big hole right at the heart of Digital Identity and wider GDS that can never be filled. Hopefully, in time, we will grow around it together.  Natalie
