To my True Friend and Captain

I have so much to thank you for;  the invaluable help during my year of captaincy, for introducing me to new ways to lose money at golf, cribbage and snooker!  For keeping me on my toes to avoid being ‘tucked up’, and for the many golf lessons (even though you knew I didn’t take much notice). Finally for introducing me to a whole set of amazing friends.

But most of all I thank you and will miss you so much for your kindness and loyalty, the great banter and for always being there.
