I was so sorry to hear of Ian’s passing . Ian was my first boss at Muller Dairy . He was a true gent who always had a kind word of encouragement when needed . We worked hard but were generously rewarded with some great nights out in Belfast and Dublin . I have very fond memories of Ian telling stories of his pervious careers over a good meal and a few beers . He constantly spoke of Christine and the boys and what they were up to and how they were getting on in school and their plans for the future . He was so proud of all the boys and it was obvious to all who knew him what his family meant to him and how much he adored you all.
