I’ve had the pleasure of working with you for the past 10 years. Thank you for the amazing memories, support & guidence. In true chef style you bought the knowledge, banter, wit & laughs. Which I will forever be thankful for. 

Doesn’t feel real that you won’t be popping your head into the kitchen to have a quick chat which always turned into lengthy discussion’s about what we had been eating in restaurants, great holiday deals we’d seen & most importantly our families. 

Sending my heartfelt condolences to Jeanette, Holly, Owen & the rest of your family.
