I first met James when we were both teaching at Manor High Foundation in Wednesbury. He was my teacher pal. Us both teachers…. the grown ups….but knew how to be silly like kids. We often were!! 

He knew how to make me laugh. I liked to think I made him laugh too. He had such a big kind heart and was such a gentleman. He would do anything for anyone. He made such an impression on me and I am so sad for everyone who he has left behind. He was such a lovely guy. He made such an impact on so many peoples lives. Such a character!! He will be missed. There is only James McVeigh
