As everyone has already said, Lee was an amazing man. He was just so lovely and kind, with never a bad word to say about anyone. I am so sad to be writing this and am so sorry to Jo and his family to be facing such a tragic loss.

Whenever Lee called me he’d always apologise for “being a pain”, which translates to him being good at his job. He couldn’t have been further from a pain and I always enjoyed our chats. What started as a work question would always turn into us talking about our families, holidays and him asking me about cruises!

He loved giving me advice about what to expect as my kids grow up – he was such a proud family man and I can’t believe he’s not going to be sharing that wisdom with me anymore.

Lee was the heart and soul of our team and it won’t be the same without him. I can hear his voice saying “cheers my dear” as we ended our calls and that makes me smile.
