Malou will always be the epitome of everything good in our organisation – passionate, hard-working and so ultimately dedicated to helping those affected by disaster. 

I am so grateful for the many opportunities I had to spend time with Malou on trainings, and also during our visit to Cebu in November 2023. She really welcomed us so warmly and brought all the best snacks! 

My favourite part of that trip was having Malou film a short video about SBOP for us to play during staff inductions. Ever the perfectionist, we had many takes and many laughs. I treasure each play of this video – Thank you Malou, for everything.
