When contacting people that previously worked with Julia to tell them of her passing, we of course talked about how sad and shocked we all feel.

But we also remembered her great spirit, her quirky personality and how much she cared for any students who had difficulties.

We remembered how she made us laugh and how we enjoyed having a chat with her, putting the world to rights.

We will always think of Julia when we see leopard print and anyone with a bow in their hair; she was one of a kind and we will miss her.

May her spirit be at peace.
