Jacky will be so missed by all who had the honour to know her. I will remember Jacky as an incredibly warm and kind person – an ever welcoming presence in the office, always ready to greet one with a big hello and smile, and making the time to speak to her colleagues and show interest in them and their families. She was such a nurturing person, immensely proud of her family and their achievements and news, and also of her home and garden developments; it was always a joy to hear her speak about them. Despite facing challenges and loss herself, she was always such a positive person and there to support her colleagues and friends whatever they might be going through. My sincere condolences to her family on their loss. I hope they can find some comfort in hearing about all the lives Jacky touched in such a positive way.
