Dear Esther, Fraser and Beth

I am so sorry for your loss and extend my deepest sympathies to all of your friends and family at this difficult time.

There are lots of words to describe Derek – kind, gentle, humble, role model, positive, talented, courageous  – he truly was all of those things and so much more. He will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him.
