Nick, you had a special power to lighten up a room, lighten up a day and lighten up a conversation.  You were a friend to so many people and a positive force for everybody.  Difficult conversations were never difficult and complex issues were explained with clarity and detail but without drama or fuss.  You were the ‘real deal’ but just so funny with it.  Delightful company and a lovely bloke.  I’m so sorry. 

Catherine, Alex, Lucy, he blessed us with his presence, but he loved you so very much; unashamedly doting.
