Dear Helena, Simon, Jacob & Hanna, our hearts go out to you all.

His nickname was the Prince Of Darkness but yet he was the total opposite. He shed light, joy, love, humour, albeit dark humour a lot of the time, as us Brits are so good at lol, wherever he went and with whomever he was with. He was selfless, humble and never complained throughout this past 7+ years. His kindness, generosity, friendship, inclusiveness knew no bounds.  We are lucky to call your entire family our friends and are so thankful for all the great times we’ve shared together.

RIP dear Richard, you are gone but your spirit will live on in all of us, you will never be forgotten and forever loved x

Don’t think of him as gone away

his journey’s just begun,

life holds so many facets

this earth is only one.

Just think of him as resting

from the sorrows and the tears

in a place of warmth and comfort

where there are no days and years.

Think how he must be wishing

that we could know today

how nothing but our sadness

can really pass away.

And think of him as living

in the hearts of those he touched…

for nothing loved is ever lost

and he was loved so much.
