I will always remember his famous coaching phrase as I was going through complex factory situation…”I fully trust you and give all my support… but don’t fxxx it up !!”.. he always had a very personal touch to his connection with people as he deeply cared for others. He was very genuine with beautiful humility…. I remember this picture from our trip up country in Sulawesia, he was so proud to see his name on a big banner in such an isolated place ! We will miss greatly, he will remain a role model for engaging and inspiring people.
