Sheila this   is  so sad to  write this now, but  you  always  had  such  a postive outlook on life  despite what  it threw at you, you were definitely my inspiration  to carry on and  not let the  world  grind  me down.   You  were  always   there and  there  will be   a  very empty  space without you in the CAA.  But  I  will always   value your  friendship and kind  words from over the  years .  Sending   love   and  condolences   to  Neil  and John and   the  rest of your family xx
